Denise Randall, PMP®, MNLP, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Strategic Services at CBTS, overseeing Learning & Development, Employee Resource Groups, and Corporate Culture since January 2011. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Business Development and Operations at Jay's Legacy, focusing on women's empowerment, and Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development at Private Health News, where implementation of e-CRM tools was pivotal. Denise began her career at CONVERGYS CORP as a Senior Account Executive, managing retail accounts for Procter & Gamble. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, a specialization in Organizational Leadership in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Rice University, and an ongoing specialization in Business Administration from Wharton Online.
