Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mark started their career in 2000 at Bristol Myers Squibbs, where they worked as an Application Developer. Mark gained experience in web application development and later moved to the data warehouse group, where they maintained enterprise business intelligence applications.

In 2004, Mark joined Unifund as a Software Architect. Mark was initially hired as an Application Analysis II at National Check Bureau Inc., but quickly moved up to become a Lead Senior Engineer, leading a team of five developers.

In 2008, Mark joined Hobsons as a Senior Software Engineer. Mark worked with a variety of technologies and was recognized as the product lead for College Confidential and the GRE Search Service products. Mark later became a Software Development Manager, overseeing four agile scrum teams responsible for multiple products and web services.

Mark then joined Medpace in 2016 as a Manager, Systems Development. Mark managed a team of engineers working on a software application for clinical trials. Mark also played the role of a scrum coach for three other teams and collaborated with managers and scrum masters to ensure smooth transitions.

In 2017, Mark joined Paycor as a Sr. Manager, Product Development. Mark managed a team responsible for authentication and authorization for the Paycor HCM/Payroll SAAS suite. Mark coordinated large cross-team initiatives and worked closely with various teams to modernize Paycor's security technology stack.

Most recently, Mark joined CBTS in 2019 as a Development Manager (Software). Mark managed multiple teams and engineers, onboarded new resources, and provided career coaching. Mark worked on various projects for First Transit.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of software development and project management.

Mark Lewis attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
