Mark Panzeca is an experienced professional with a robust background in global program management and IT operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Programs at CBTS since April 2016, Mark has previously held roles including Sr. Manager of Dev Ops, IT Automation Manager, and Tools & Automation Engineer L3. Prior experience includes significant positions at Hewlett-Packard from August 2003 to April 2016, where Mark led a global team responsible for systems monitoring for the Americas and managed event automation for Procter & Gamble. Mark began a career as a Systems Analyst at Procter & Gamble from May 1997 to July 2003. Mark holds an MBA in Business Administration from Xavier University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Mount St. Joseph University. Mark holds PMI-PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.
