Robert started their career at Donlen Corporation as a GPS & Telematics Administrator from November 2012 to October 2015. Robert then progressed to become a Telematics Business Analyst from October 2016 to March 2017 and a Senior GPS & Telematics Admin from October 2015 to October 2016. During their time at Donlen Corporation, they implemented and provided consultative services to key customers, assisted in sales presentations, managed customer on-boarding process, provided customized reports and ROI data, and assisted in the development and testing of program features.
After their tenure at Donlen Corporation, Robert worked as a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis at Ampacet Corporation from May 2017 to October 2017.
Robert then joined Computacenter US as an Account Service Representative from January 2018 to October 2019.
Currently, Robert is working at CBTS as an Associate Account Manager - Global Programs starting from March 2020.
