Tod Stapp has over 30 years of work experience. Tod started their career at Fidelity Investments in 1987 as a Phone Representative and ACD Administrator. Tod then moved to Avon Products Inc. in 1997, where they worked as an Operations Support Supervisor/Analyst, responsible for workforce management and various other tasks. In 2004, they joined Siemens Itron Business Services as an Operations Support Manager, overseeing IT help desk operations and implementing improvements. After that, they worked at US Bank as a Proof Operations Manager from 2005 to 2009. Tod then joined Gap Inc. as a Transportation Specialist and Merchandise Handler until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Tod worked at Luxottica as an Analyst, managing Kronos cloud application and performing PBX administration. Currently, they are working at CBTS as a Voice Engineer, supporting customer multi-site Avaya Call Manager and ACDs. Overall, Tod's work experience includes various roles in operations support, workforce management, and telecommunications.

Tod Stapp obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, from the years 1978 to 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Xavier University, attending from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Tod Stapp has acquired various certifications, such as "Introducing Postman," "Power BI Essential Training," and numerous CompTIA A+ Cert Prep courses, which they obtained from LinkedIn between 2020 and 2021.
