Danielle Balmano

Danielle Balmano is an experienced organisational development professional with a diverse background in leading talent management, learning, and organisational development initiatives across various sectors. Since November 2024, Danielle has served as an Organisational Development Consultant at Cbus Super Fund. Prior to this, Danielle was the OD Lead - Talent and Leadership at Transurban, focusing on organisational capability and culture. Danielle also held senior roles at Officeworks and Medibank, where leadership in developing talent and engagement strategies was emphasized. Early career experience includes positions at NAB, The Good Guys, BP, and LOVE AND TATE PLC, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in learning solutions and employee development.
