Justin Chen

Justin Chen is a seasoned risk management and compliance professional with extensive experience in the finance and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Risk Manager for Cbus Super Fund since June 2019, Justin previously held the position of Compliance and Risk Analyst at Australian Unity, where responsibilities included facilitating risk and compliance frameworks and supporting governance policies. Prior to that, Justin worked at FirstRand Bank Ltd as a Credit Risk Reporting Analyst, focusing on regulatory validations and credit risk reporting. Justin began a career in audit with KPMG South Africa, completing a training contract as an Audit Supervisor and managing audit teams for various notable clients. Justin holds a Higher Diploma in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of the Witwatersrand.
