Justine Hartman has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Cbus Super Fund since June 2014. Over the years at Cbus Super Fund, Justine Hartman has also held roles as Acting Group Executive People & Culture, Talent and Employee Experience Manager, Talent Manager, and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to joining Cbus Super Fund, Justine Hartman worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Superpartners from 2004 to 2009.
