Rhys O'Sullivan

Rhys O'Sullivan is an experienced organisational development professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Organisational Development Manager and Consultant at Cbus Super Fund since July 2019, Rhys has previously held leadership roles at Medibank as Head of Organisational Development and National Australia Bank as a Consultant in People. With experience in various organisational development capacities, including Learning & Community Engagement Lead at InterNations and Human Resources Development Officer with Malampa Provincial Council, Rhys has built a robust foundation in workforce capability and human resources. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Hotel Management in Marketing, both obtained from Griffith University between 2003 and 2008.
