Brian Hardwick is an experienced professional in Agile coaching and transformation, currently serving as the Director - Enterprise Agile Coach at CC Pace since April 2023. Prior relevant experience includes a tenure at CapTech Consulting from April 2018 to April 2023, where Brian held several titles including Director and Senior Manager, focusing on enterprise Agile transformations. Earlier roles include Agile Coach positions at Perficient and DigitalGlobe, as well as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Wolters Kluwer Health. Brian began a career in Agile coaching as a Scrum Master at Pinnacol Assurance and has a significant background at OppenheimerFunds in various technical and client service roles. Brian's educational background includes coursework towards a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a CRPS designation from the College for Financial Planning.
