Erik P. Johnson

Erik P. Johnson has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Success Team at CCC Intelligent Solutions since May 2017. In this role, Erik is accountable for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and outcomes with CCC products and services, leading account teams to drive product value and adoption. Previously, Erik worked as a Project Manager at Applied Systems, overseeing insurance software projects, and as the Director of Field Service / Customer Success at Audatex, where Erik managed a national team of customer success managers. Early in Erik's career, experience included various roles at ADP and IMT Insurance, focusing on client support and field claims. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business from Iowa State University.
