Marc Halperin

Chief Culinary Officer at CCD Innovation

Marc Halperin began their work experience in 1985 at the California Culinary Academy, where they served as a Chef/Instructor until 1993. In 1992, they joined CCD Innovation as the CEO and Culinary Director, a role they held until October 2020. Marc then transitioned to the position of Chief Culinary Officer at CCD Innovation in November 2020, where they continue to work.

Marc Halperin received their BA in Biology from Reed College from 1971 to 1975. Marc then pursued their M Mus in Piano Performance at Boston University from 1976 to 1978. Following this, Marc attended Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained a Grand Diplôme in French cuisine and baking.
