Lilliam McCann began their work experience in 2004 as an Operations Manager at UNO Call Center. They then moved on to become the HR and Recruiting Manager at Data Vimenca in 2007, where they hired and trained over 400 employees. In 2007, they joined Synergies Corp. as an Operations Manager and later became the Director of Operations and Director of Business Development. During this time, they increased productivity, improved customer response time, and trained successful account managers and senior supervisors. In 2018, McCann joined CCD as the VP of Operations and later became the Sr. VP of Operations and IT. Currently, they are the Sub-Coordinator of Public Relations at the Dominican Contact Centers & BPO Council.
Lilliam McCann completed a Leading With Finance course at Harvard Business School Online in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management and Productivity from Universidad APEC between 2005 and 2007. Lilliam also holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, earned between 1997 and 2003.
