Prior to this, Martin was the Managing Director at CareerBox Africa, where they sourced and developed high-performing employees for digital and globalized roles in Africa. Martin also worked as the Managing Director at SIX FINGERS CONSULTING LIMITED, specializing in Business Process Outsourcing/Offshoring and successfully delivering various projects for the world's largest BPOs. Martin has also held significant positions at Vodafone, Vertex Data Science, Ventura, and Experian, positioning him as an experienced professional in the industry.

Martin Roe attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a B.A degree in Politics.
