Ntuthuko Aldrin Luthuli has extensive work experience in leadership and operations management roles within various companies. Ntuthuko Aldrin is currently the Head of Operations - Financial Service at CCI South Africa, where they oversee American campaigns for banking and insurance clients. Previously, they served as the General Manager of Customer Service at Innovation Group South Africa, responsible for strategic planning and implementation of customer service initiatives. Ntuthuko Aldrin also held the position of Head of Card Fraud Operations at Absa Group, leading teams in fraud detection and prevention. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Rand Mutual Assurance and as a Client Services Manager at Nedbank Insurance. Ntuthuko Aldrin started their career at Edcon, where they held multiple positions including New Accounts Manager and Assistant Product Manager. Ntuthuko Aldrin began their professional journey as a Customer Service Advisor at Medscheme (Mtius) Limited.
Ntuthuko Aldrin Luthuli - MBA obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, completing it in 2015. In 2019, they received a certificate in Customer Service Management from GIBS Business School, and in 2014, they obtained a First Level Regulatory Examination degree in Insurance from Moonstone Business School of Excellence. Additionally, in 2011, they acquired an FAIS Regulatory Examination Certificate in Insurance from Leselo Examination Body, and in 2005, they earned a Credit Management 1 Certificate from the Institute of Credit Management. Prior to these achievements, they completed an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Tompkins Cortland Community College in 1995. More recently, in 2020, they attended GIBS Business School for a Strategic Leadership program, and in 2022, they obtained a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Knowledge Academy (UK).
