Brian Kluge has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brian is currently the General Manager at CCL Label, responsible for CCL Healthcare Scandinavia and serving as the Managing Director of CCL Label A/S. Prior to this, they worked as the CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) at Harboes Bryggeri A/S, an international brewery with operations in over 90 countries. From 2006 to 2007, they underwent Business & Finance training I at Strålfors School, which consisted of ten one-day sessions, focused on the study of the economy. In 2007, Brian continued their training at Strålfors School and became a Lean Manager.

Between 2008 and 2009, they completed a Clear Leadership program, which encompassed ten two-day sessions of intensive leadership and Lean training at Strålfors School. In 2010, Brian participated in a Course in labour law at Grakom (Danish Association for Communication), attending two one-day sessions.

From 2010 to 2011, they enrolled at Strålfors School for Business & Finance training II, which included five two-day sessions focused on the study of the economy. In 2014, Brian completed a Distance management program, consisting of two one-day sessions at The Leaders' Competence Center, specializing in management. Subsequently, in 2015, they took part in a Negotiations technique program conducted by The Leaders' Competence Center for three one-day sessions.

In 2016, Brian attended The Leaders' Competence Center for a Communication for Leaders program, which involved two one-day sessions. Brian further enhanced their management skills through various courses in 2017, such as Masterclass in New ways of working, The customer experience of the future, Neuro-Leadership, and Leadership in the future, all of which lasted for a day or multiple-day sessions.

In 2019, Brian expanded their knowledge by enrolling in several short programs at AS3. Brian completed a one-day program in Preparation of director, manager, and employee contracts in employee law. Additionally, they undertook a one-day LinkedIn Executive program focusing on the utilization of social networks. Brian also completed a one-day program titled "Utilize your network" and a program on Personal Branding, both centered around social network and branding.
