Dr. Mumtaz Mushtaq M.D.

Dr. Mumtaz Mushtaq MD MBA currently serves as the Head of Medical Affairs at CCL Pharmaceuticals since February 2023. Previously, Dr. Mushtaq held the position of Assistant Medical Advisor at Nestlé from August 2015 to December 2023, focusing on developing scientific materials and clinical skills workshops for healthcare professionals related to nutrition. Prior experience includes roles at CCL as Deputy Manager of Medical Affairs & Business Development, Product Manager in Cardiovascular division at Highnoon Laboratories Ltd, and Clinical Research Associate at GlaxoSmithKline. Dr. Mushtaq has also completed a Clinical Observership at The Brody School of Medicine and worked at Shifa International Hospitals and Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences as a Research Associate and House Officer, respectively. Educational qualifications include an MD and an MBA, along with certifications in Clinical Research from Harvard Medical School and a Postgraduate Program in Pediatric Nutrition from Boston University.
