Karen Pugliese

Karen Pugliese has a diverse range of experience in sales, channel partner management, business transformation, and executive leadership. Karen is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sales at C&D Technologies, where they are responsible for developing sales strategies and achieving financial goals. Prior to this role, they worked at Hiatus as an Advisor for start-ups and accelerator programs. Karen also has extensive experience at CommScope, where they held various positions such as Global Vice President, Channel Partners and Vice President, Partner Organization, Americas. Karen played a key role in shaping CommScope's PartnerPRO Global Channel Partner strategy and program design. Before joining CommScope, Karen worked at Katz Group Canada, where they led the Business Transformation and PMO initiative and drove operational excellence. Karen also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Total Security Management Services and as the Vice President and General Manager at Stanley Security Solutions Canada. Karen's expertise lies in sales leadership, channel partner management, business transformation, and operational management.

Karen Pugliese holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Concordia University. Karen also has a Diploma with honors in Business Administration from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
