Marcia (Marcy) Revelez is a seasoned collections manager with extensive experience in biorepository and natural history collections. Currently, Marcia serves as the Collections Manager at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, managing the CASPIR biorepository since October 2016, and has also held the position of Acting Team Lead for the CDC Biorepository Team. Additionally, Marcia manages collections at Angelo State Natural History Collections since May 2013 and previously worked as the Collection Manager for Mammalogy at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History from 2001 to 2013. Marcia holds a PhD in Zoology from Texas Tech University and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biology from Angelo State University.
