Priya Jakhmola has extensive experience at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since June 2009, holding roles such as Team Lead for the Guidelines and Recommendations Team and the DHP Guideline Team, where guidance and oversight for evidence-based guidelines are provided. As an Acting Lead Health Scientist, Priya Jakhmola has led various initiatives, focusing on the development of CDC guidelines through systematic methodologies. Prior to this, as a Project Manager for the Expanded HIV Testing Initiative from 2007 to 2012, coordination of multiple teams and external partners was executed successfully. Earlier work as a Public Health Analyst from April 2004 to 2009 included project management and planning for national consultations and reports. Priya Jakhmola holds an MBA in Informatics and International Business from Mercer University, as well as a Master of Science in Zoology/Marine Biology.
