Ryan Tapscott

Ryan Tapscott has extensive experience in public health and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Desk Officer and Deputy Team Lead at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since January 2017. Previous roles include Public Health Policy Analyst and Evaluation Specialist (contractor) at the same organization. Ryan coordinated programs at Esperanca from March 2014 to January 2017 and worked as an Employment Specialist at Refugee Focus while also serving on the Board of Directors for the Lost Boys Center for Leadership Development from August 2012 to March 2014. An earlier position as an intern at Education For Employment in early 2011 and a two-year commitment as a Peace Corps Volunteer from July 2007 to August 2009 further reflect Ryan's dedication to community service.
