Shane Vitateau

Shane Vitateau has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shane started their career at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services as a Residential Supervisor/Case Manager, where they excelled in coordinating treatment plans and managing clients' medications and support systems. After that, they joined Boys Hope Girls Hope as a Lead Counselor, where they built and managed a team of counselors and volunteers, facilitated mentoring programs, and organized service projects with corporate volunteers. In 2014, Shane joined iSqFt as an Account Manager, focusing on customer retention for the first two years. Later in the same year, they transitioned to ConstructConnect, where they held various roles, including Account Manager, Team Lead, and Manager of Customer Success. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Customer Success, and in 2022, they assumed the position of Senior Director of Customer Success. Throughout their career, Shane has demonstrated strong leadership and customer relationship management skills.

Shane Vitateau earned a BA in History with a Pre-Law focus from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
