Christina Carter

Christina Carter has significant experience in implementation and project management, currently serving as Supervisor - Implementation for ADP Dealer Services since August 2008. In this role, Christina collaborates effectively with Research and Development on product launches, develops processes for server staging and agile deployment, and manages a team of 17 direct reports focused on backlog management. Previously, as Implementation - ICD Group Lead, Christina showcased expertise as a subject matter expert, overseeing hardware and software deployment and process improvements while partnering with regional teams to enhance revenue forecasts. Prior to ADP, Christina worked at Boral Construction Materials in roles such as Shapes Production Scheduler and Installation Specialist II. Christina holds a degree in Project Management from Augusta State University, obtained between 2015 and 2016.
