Jordan Clark

Jordan Clark, AICP, currently serves as a Transportation Planner at CDM Smith since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jordan held the position of Deputy Development Services Director for the City of Maryville Government from October 2017 to June 2023, managing the Development Services Department and participating in the City’s Executive Staff. Previous experience includes serving as Principal Planner in Maryville and Senior Planner for the City of Oak Ridge, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing development proposals, approving building permits, and advising planning bodies. Jordan's career also includes roles as Planner/Development Administrator for Washington County, TN, and Planning Program Director for the Southeast Tennessee Development District, along with earlier experience as Resident Director at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in City Planning and Economic Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics, both from East Tennessee State University.
