Cynthia Proper, CFIRS, CISA, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, auditing, and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at CDPHP since June 2015, Cynthia has held various titles including Business Analyst and Principal Auditor. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked at Trustco Bank as an Internal Auditor and Assistant Director of Internal Audit, focusing on IT, Trust/Financial Services, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
