Sean Roche

Sean Roche is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in healthcare leadership. Currently serving as the Medical Director at CDPHP since November 2022, Sean has also held the role of Medical Doctor at Community Care Physicians since January 2002. Previously, Sean was the Medical Director at Albany Family Medicine from 2002 until October 2022. Sean Roche earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Upstate Medical University between 1989 and 1993 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Siena College from 1985 to 1989. Education was completed at Christian Brothers Academy from September 1981 to May 1985.
