Mario Beausoleil

Mario Beausoleil PMP serves as the Directeur des Opérations et de la Maintenance at CDPQ Infra since 2016, playing a key role in the project management team for the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) by overseeing project definition, procurement, implementation, and operational readiness. Previously, Mario held various positions at the Société de transport de Montréal from 2007 to 2016, including Gestionnaire du centre de contrôle du Métro, where responsibilities included managing safe operations for over 850,000 clients daily. Mario also served as Directeur de projets majeurs Infrastructures et équipements, overseeing a portfolio of over $232 million in infrastructure projects, and was involved in a $2.4 billion project office management. Earlier experience at STCUM from 1993 to 2007 included managing train operations and overseeing a substantial budget while leading teams in engineering support roles. Mario obtained a certificat in Management from CIREM-HEC Montréal in 2006.
