Hilary Malina

Hilary Malina serves as Sr Counsel, Head of Corporate Governance and Legal Operations at CDW since March 2005, where responsibilities include leading legal efforts for the integration of CDW and Sirius Computer Solutions and providing counsel on employment law matters. Malina is also involved in the Emerging Leaders Program Steering Committee and chairs the CDW Women’s Opportunity Network. Prior experience includes employment attorney roles at Matkov Salzman and Comerica Bank, and a law clerk position for the Honorable Bernard Friedman at the U.S. District Court. Malina holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
