Rebecca Dobrzynski

Rebecca (Clark) Dobrzynski is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - HR Business Partner at CDW since August 2025, Rebecca’s previous roles include Group Vice President of Human Resources at IDEX Corporation, where responsibilities spanned Health & Science Technology and Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Rebecca held multiple positions at GE Healthcare, including Head of HR for Healthcare Digital and Executive for Onshore Wind at GE Renewable Energy. Earlier career highlights include significant HR management roles at W.W. Grainger and HR Generalist experience at Parkview Metal Products. Rebecca holds a BA in Organizational Communication from Purdue University, an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and is currently enrolled in the Chief Human Resources Officer Academy at Michigan State University.
