Sara Enlow

Sara Enlow currently serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at CDW since January 2020. Previously, Sara held various leadership roles at Takeda, including Head of Commercial Operations and Sales Force Analytics, Head of Commercial Planning, and Chief of Staff to the President of the US Business Unit, focusing on strategic initiatives and alignment with key priorities. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director and Chief of Staff to the Global Medical Officer at Takeda, as well as working as a Principal at Vantage Partners, where Sara specialized in managing complex changes and improving business relationships. Sara began her career as a Consultant at Accenture, contributing to change management and organizational effectiveness. Sara holds a degree from Bryant University, earned in 1999.
