Mark O' Sullivan is the Founder and Executive Director of The Cedar Foundation, a position held since 2014, where responsibilities include developing organizational goals, managing human resources, and implementing policies. Prior to this role, Mark O' Sullivan co-founded The Cedar Foundation in 2006, facilitating community-based care services for children and young people with disabilities and leading projects focused on De-institutionalization in Bulgaria. Mark O' Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Spurgeon College and a National Diploma in Youth Work and Youth Ministry from Oasis Trust, London.
