Jay Apfelbaum

Jay Apfelbaum, CPA, currently serves as the VP, Controller and VP, Reporting & Controls at Cedar Gate Technologies since October 2021. Prior to this, Jay held several key positions at ORBCOMM from May 2014 to October 2021, including Vice President of External Reporting and Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Controls. Previous experience includes roles at Actavis plc and Warner Chilcott, managing financial reporting functions, as well as a senior financial analyst position at Medco focused on SEC filings and compliance matters. Early career experience includes auditing at Ernst & Young and a tax internship at Tiffany & Co. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University, completed in 2005.
