Femi Elufidipe has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Femi started their career as a Tax Manager at A.O OPANEYE & CO (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS) in 2009. Femi then joined International Facilities Services Limited as a Senior Accountant before moving on to ASO Savings & Loans PLC. At ASO Savings & Loans PLC, Femi served as the Internal Control and Compliance Officer, overseeing the activities of Branches control and compliance officers within the North and South West Regions of the bank. Femi also worked as a Reconciliation Officer and later as the internal control and compliance officer.

In 2019, Femi joined Sterling Bank Plc as an AML Transaction Analyst in the Compliance Division. Femi then moved on to Summerset Intercontinental Hotels in 2020, where they worked as the Head of Internal Audit. In this role, Femi reviewed the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes and procedures, as well as conducted risk-based audit reviews to identify, analyze, and mitigate associated risks.

Currently, Femi serves as the Head of the Internal Audit Department at Cedarcrest Hospitals, a position they started in 2021.
