Mark Levinson

Mark Levinson serves as the West Coast Chair of Business Transactions & Finance at Carlton Fields since September 2019, bringing extensive transactional expertise in M&A, securities, real estate, and finance. In addition to this role, Mark is the President and Board Member of the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Council of National Trustees for National Jewish Health, the President's California Council at Brandeis University, and the Dean’s Advisory Council at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mark's commitment to governance is further demonstrated through membership on the Board of Governors at Cedars-Sinai and previous leadership roles at New West Symphony. Prior legal experience includes partnerships at Thompson Coburn LLP, Fox Rothschild LLP, and Greenberg Traurig. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Politics from Brandeis University.
