Mylene Brooks

Mylene Brooks has extensive legal experience in human resources compliance and labor relations, particularly within the healthcare sector. From November 2012 to July 2020, Mylene served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where responsibilities included leading teams in managing HR legal and compliance matters, employment litigation, and labor relations. Prior roles at Cedars-Sinai included Executive Director and HR Litigation Manager. Mylene's legal career also includes significant positions at Proskauer Rose LLP as Special Employment Counsel, The Walt Disney Company as Executive Counsel, and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, among others. Mylene holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and a Master of Arts from California State University-San Bernardino.
