Nicole M.b. Mitchell

Nicole M.B. Mitchell, MBA, CDP, serves as the Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Officer at Cedars-Sinai, overseeing strategies and initiatives within the Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing since August 2019. Mitchell is also a member of Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women leaders. Prior experience includes serving as the National Manager for Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility at Kia Motors America and as the Office of Inclusion & Diversity Manager at Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, where strategic inclusion efforts were implemented across business practices. As Executive Director of The Presidents' Council, Mitchell focused on operations, programming, and branding in entrepreneurial education. Educationally, Mitchell holds a BA in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and an MBA in Human Resources & Management from Cleveland State University.
