Tom Handegård is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as the CTO and Co-founder of Cefalo AS since September 2012, Tom has also held significant positions such as Consultant at NHST Media Group from May 2015 to August 2021, and Head of R&D Online at Vizrt from 2010 to September 2012. Notably, Tom co-founded Escenic in 2000, where the role of CTO was undertaken until 2010. Prior to this, Tom held several key roles at IconMedialab, Neo Interaktiv, and Telenor R&D, contributing to projects as diverse as research science and software development. Tom's academic foundation includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Oslo, obtained between 1982 and 1989.
