Currently serving as the People & Organization Manager at Cefla since October 2016, Pamela has also held roles as HR Business Partner for the Business Unit Finishing and HR Specialist within the company. Prior to this, Pamela worked at Il Bosco Soc.Coop.Sociale ONLUS as an Educatrice and at Azienda Ausl Di Imola as a Psicologa. Pamela began their career as an Assistente di selezione at SGB HUMANGEST HOLDING in 2010. Pamela's educational background includes a Leadership Development Program in Project Management from SDA Bocconi, along with various degrees in psychology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, culminating in a Master's degree in DSA.
