Alvin Chang

Alvin Chang is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Systems for US HCM at Cegid since April 2013, Alvin leads a major project migrating to Microsoft Azure and manages a global SaaS infrastructure for high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Previous roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Technomedia Talent Management, Inc., where Alvin led teams to optimize web applications, and Systems Engineer at Bernard Hodes Group, focusing on hardware management and open-source database systems. Other notable positions include IS Manager at Broadbase Company Ltd., CTO and co-founder of Netgoalie, and Systems Engineer at PhatPipe, Inc. Alvin began a career in environmental science at Radian International before transitioning to technology.
