Estelle Lecherf is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer experience, relationship marketing, and operations marketing. Currently serving as Customer Experience & Relationship Marketing Manager at Cegid since May 2016, Lecherf plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of service for 340,000 customers and 21 million users. Prior positions at Cegid include Relationship Marketing & Operations Marketing Manager, where participation in a company-wide transformation was key, and ERP & HCM BU Marketing Director, responsible for lead generation and product development support. Previous experience includes roles at Happybreak in marketing consulting, Reed Expositions France as International Marketing Director with notable growth results, GE Capital as Marketing and Communication Manager launching a life insurance product, and as International Marketing Assistant at Miller Freeman.
