Pauline Bicheler

Pauline Bicheler is currently the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Cegid, where a comprehensive DEI strategy has been developed and executed, collaborating with leadership to establish DEI goals and enhance employee engagement through training programs. As a creator for Podcast Étoiles Montantes: les voix de l’égalité, involvement focuses on promoting equality. Prior experience includes serving as a Social Innovation Project Manager and Officer at Article 1, managing initiatives to improve educational equity, and building partnerships to foster long-term social change. Additionally, Bicheler has held marketing roles at MANE and International Flavors & Fragrances, where responsibilities included managing brand visibility and conducting market analyses for fine fragrance products. Bicheler holds a Master’s in International Affairs and Management from Sciences Po Lyon and a Licence in Political Science and Management from Freie Universität Berlin.
