Emmanuelle Thoonsen is a seasoned business manager with extensive experience in client portfolio development, commercial strategy, and contract management. Currently employed at CELAD since May 2019, Emmanuelle oversees client prospecting, responds to tenders, and manages the career progression of consultants. Prior roles include agency manager in the IT department at AUSY, where responsibilities encompassed profit center management and recruitment, as well as business engineer positions at Koncept and SQLI Group, focusing on similar functions. With a foundational role in recruitment and school relations at SQLI Group and initial recruitment experience at CELAD, Emmanuelle holds a Master 2 degree in Law and Social Management from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, gained in 2006.
