Chandra Subramanian

Chandra Subramanian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Integration Leader at Celanese since 2022, Chandra plays a pivotal role in enhancing the value of the $11 billion acquisition of DuPont’s Mobility & Materials business. Prior to joining Celanese in 2013, Chandra held various senior management positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including Vice President and Director in the Global Industrials Group, and gained initial experience at ICICI Bank as Chief Manager. Chandra holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, along with a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAI and a B.Com from the University of Madras.
