Nicole Williams

Nicole Williams serves as the Director of Global Transfer Pricing at Celanese, a leading chemical and specialty materials company, since April 2009. In this role, Nicole holds global responsibility for transfer pricing operations, managing policies, models, and processes related to intercompany transactions worth $11 billion. Current duties include overseeing the global transfer pricing policy and implementing solutions for ad-hoc transfer price requests. Prior to this, Nicole was a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2003 to February 2008. Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, both from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
