Tekla Jakab

Tekla Jakab is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Internal Audit Team Lead for Europe at Celanese since January 2023. Previously, Tekla held the position of Audit Manager at BDO Hungary and served as President of the Közgazdaságtudományi Osztály at Doktoranduszok Országos Szövetsége from September 2020 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Associate and Associate at PwC Hungary and as a Local Government Specialist at the Hungarian State Treasury. Tekla began a career as a Management Trainee at Bosch and has an extensive educational background, holding a PhD in Finance, a Master's degree in Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Agrobusiness and Rural Development Engineer from Magyar Agrár- és Élettudományi Egyetem.
