Hasri Zulkifly has extensive experience in retail and customer service operations, currently serving as the Head of Retail Operations at Celcom Axiata Berhad since July 2000. Zulkifly has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Blue Cube Operations, Head of Channel Experience Support Centre, and General Manager of Customer Outlets Management. Prior to Celcom, Zulkifly worked at TMTOUCH, where roles included Head of Service Centre. Zulkifly holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from International Islamic University Malaysia, complemented by high school education from Malay College Kuala Kangsar.
