Lenard Cheong has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, holding the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Celcom Axiata Berhad since January 2020, after initially serving in the same role from September 2021 to the present. Prior experience includes a position as Sr Specialist in Group Human Resources at edotco Group and multiple leadership roles at Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd, where duties encompassed overseeing talent management and learning & development as well as HR business partnerships. Lenard has also held significant roles in workforce management at Maxis and regional recruitment management at Deloitte Consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from City St George’s, University of London, and a BSc in Science (Computing) from the University of Westminster.
