Prior roles include leading the content partnerships and acquisition efforts, managing mobile content, and overseeing monetization campaigns. With previous positions at Universal Music Malaysia as Digital Manager and at the Recording Industry Association of Malaysia as Business Development Manager, Lilian has demonstrated a strong ability to negotiate, promote, and strategize within the music and telecommunications industries.
