Fui Tze Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. They started their career as a Senior Service Engineer at Tele Dynamics Sdn Bhd in 1997. From 2000 to 2002, Fui Tze worked as a Product Specialist and Business Analyst at VADS BHD (SUBSIDIARY OF TELEKOM MALAYSIA), where they were responsible for various pre and post sales activities. They then moved to SWATCH GROUP (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD as a Customer Service Manager from 2002 to 2004. At Samsung Malaysia Electronics Sdn Bhd, they worked as an Operations Manager, overseeing customer service for home appliances, AV, IT, and mobile products from 2004 to 2006. Fui Tze then joined Digi Telecommunications as an AP, Data & Pricing Analyst from 2007 to 2015, followed by a role as Head of Prepaid Performance Management & Analytics from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Fui Tze is the Head of Analytics, Infrastructure and Technology at Hong Leong Bank Berhad.

Fui Tze Lim holds a Certified Machine Learning Expert (CMLE) degree in Data Science from CASUGOL in 2018. Prior to that, Fui Tze earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Master of Sc (IT) from Keele University between 2002 and 2004. Fui Tze's education journey began at the University of Malaya, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from 1993 to 1997.
