Khoo Kang Wei 【丘康威】is an accomplished technology strategist with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture at CelcomDigi since December 2022, Khoo leads a dynamic team to develop innovative technology plans aimed at positioning Malaysia as a leading telecommunications entity. Prior to this role, Khoo held significant positions at Celcom Axiata Berhad as the Merger and Integration Lead - Networks and Head of Network Strategy and Technology, focusing on 5G readiness and strategic network evolution. Other notable experiences include leadership roles at Maxis and Telekom Malaysia, where Khoo oversaw strategic projects and business development initiatives. With a strong foundation in network performance management and technology strategy acquired through various roles, including at Nokia Networks and Telenor Group, Khoo brings a wealth of knowledge in advancing telecommunications technology and ensuring regulatory compliance. Khoo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University.
